NISHANT PATEL

医学博士 助理研究员

外籍青年,南京市科学技术局(A类)人才,2014.9-2017.6就读于东南大学医学院肿瘤学专业,获得医学硕士学位;2017.9-2021.12就读于东南大学医学院肿瘤学专业,获得医学博士学位。硕博研究方向为肺癌的进展和转移机制、鉴别良恶性肺结节的早期诊断新靶点、多种肿瘤相关临床分析、开发临床预测模型、影像基因组学分析和新策略等相关领域的研究。于20222月进入南京医科大学附属儿童医院胸心外科工作,现为助理研究员、博士后,入选江苏省卓越博士后计划。主要研究方向:先天性心脏病相关神经发育障碍机制、临床结合影像组学研究;多种儿童先心病和实体肿瘤相关临床分析、开发临床预测模型、影像组学、生物信息学分析等研究。近年来以第一作者在《Journal of Biomedical Nanotechnology》、《Cancer Management and Research》、《Cancer Letters》、《Oncology Letters》、《Journal of Clinical Oncology》、《Journal of Thoracic Oncology》、《Journal of Extracellular Vesicles》、《Cancer Epidemiology Biomarkers & Prevention》等SCI高质量学术期刊及国际会议发表等十余篇论文,累计影响因子70以上。获得国家发明专利1项;入选2022江苏省卓越博士后计划。先后主持江苏省卓越博士后项目,参与两个国家自然科学基金面上项目。目前担任SCI国际期刊《Cancer Management and Research》、《Congenital Heart Disease》杂志的同行评审专家,并且以口头报告在国际知名学会议汇报。
